Travel Fee

Non-refundable travel fee deposit payable via Venmo may apply. If required payment must be received within one (1) hour of the scheduled appointment time or your appointment may be cancelled.

If the notary is unable to complete the notarial act due to the actions or discretion of the notary, the travel fee may be refunded. 

All refund decisions are at the discretion of the notary.

If the notary is unable to complete the notarial act due to the signer, witness or principal's actions the travel fee is non- refundable.

Rush Fee

If available, the notary may accommodate emergent notary requests.  Please be advised a rush fee (starting at $25.00 per appointment) may apply and is non transferrable and non-refundable.  Rush fees are at the discretion of the notary.

Late/No-Show Policy

If the signer, witness or principal arrive 10 minutes or more after the scheduled meeting time, your appointment may be cancelled. 

In the event that your appointment is cancelled, the travel fee is non- refundable.

 If the signer, witness or principal does not show up for the scheduled appointment, the appointment is non- transferrable and may be cancelled. 

The travel fee is non-refundable.

• Acknowledgments/Jurats $15.00 includes:

1 Notarial act/signature & mobile service travel fee up to 15 miles (round trip).

• Additional Fees:

$2.00 per mile for every mile over 15 miles (round trip)

$2.50 per additional notarial act/signature

$25.00 Holiday appointment/service

$25.00 Rush/same day service (if available)
